Each contestant in the Rocky Mountain LeatherSIR and Rocky Mountain Leatherboy® contests MUST:

Be at least (21) twenty-one years old;

Be legally male and identify as a Leatherman (LeatherSIR) or (Leatherboy) within the Leather community;

Identify as a gay male and be of same-sex orientation;
-
Have a demonstrated interest in Leather, BDSM or fetishes, as determined by the RMLS/b judging panel;
-
Be a resident of the RMLS/b/RMCBB region (Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming),
-
Not hold a current leather, bootblack, rubber, fetish etc., title earned in a non-RMLS/b/RMCBB Leather title contest unless approved by the RMLS/b/RMCBB Regional Producer;

Agree to appear onstage wearing appropriate attire, jockstrap and fetish gear and perform an onstage BDSM Fantasy Sex Scene of an explicit nature (while conforming with local regulations, if any, pertaining to nudity and obscenity);

LeatherSIR only] complete a BDSM demonstration with either their regional Leatherboy or with a boy of their choice (within set time limit) during the contest weekend;

Leatherboy only] complete a BDSM demonstration with either their regional LeatherSIR or with a Sir of their choice (within set time limit) during the contest weekend;

Except for clothing and props used in the Fantasy Sex Scene portion of the contest, must own all clothing worn during the contest;

Agree to represent the title, if he wins, throughout his title year and refrain from competing in any other leather, rubber, fetish or bootblack title contest until the conclusion of his title year and must agree to return to the RMLS/b/RMCB contest next year, if he wins, to step aside from his title;

Agree to permit on-stage photographs to be taken of him for the use on the Rocky Mountain LeatherSIR, Leatherboy and Community Bootblack® website;

Read, sign and agree to the terms of the statement of the contestant application and agreement, the responsibilities and expectations of the winner, and personal and photographic release wavier and attach a photocopy of the first page of their passport or driver’s license with the numbers blacked out;

Provide a personal bio of not more than one hundred (100) words and a 3”x3” head shot photograph (300dpi, JPG or PNG - 800 x 600 pixels or greater) for the Rocky Mountain Contest Program Book and website;

Donate one (1) select leather auction item to be used in the silent auction to raise funds for the RMLS/b/RMCB Travel Fund in order to compete;

Meet the requirements as outlined below in section 3 of “Acceptance of Regional Titleholders for Rocky Mountain Competition”;

Have a valid passport, or be in the process of obtaining one at the time of the Rocky Mountain competitions;
-
Not have any outstanding warrants or warrants of a felony conviction at the time of the Rocky Mountain competitions.
